The part of the restaurant that we have called "BOTTEGA DEL SALUME" is the place where the first stone was laid, is the room that encloses the entire history of the Locanda Cacciatori.
The style is vintage, as evidenced by the superb machines of the brand "Berkel", completely restored and by the cupboards of the  late nineteenth century.
